You're Hired — Case Study
Overview
You’re Hired is a recruitment business focused on connecting employers with specialised talent across a range of sectors.
The goal was to create a website that clearly communicates the service while supporting both job seekers and employers in a straightforward and accessible way.
The Starting Point
The project began with a broad and unstructured set of content, with no clear organisation or defined flow.
The challenge was to take this information and shape it into something that felt clear and usable — especially for two distinct audiences with different needs.
My Approach
I started by organising the content into a clear structure.
The site was designed around two main user paths — one for job seekers and one for employers — making it easy for visitors to find information that’s relevant to them.
Within this, I created a consistent layout for each section, allowing content to be presented in a way that feels organised and easy to follow.
For longer, more detailed pages, I introduced a simple in-page navigation system, allowing users to move through sections easily without losing their place. This helps keep larger amounts of information manageable and easier to explore.
The information was grouped by sector, helping users quickly understand the areas the business works within while keeping the overall experience simple.
Visually, the design was kept clean and professional, with a light and open layout supported by subtle colour accents drawn from the brand.
The Outcome
The result is a clear, structured website that supports both sides of the recruitment process.
Job seekers can explore opportunities and understand requirements, while employers can quickly learn about the services and make enquiries.
What this means for the business
The business now has a website that presents its services in a clear and professional way, making it easier to communicate with both audiences and support future growth.
