Unleashed — Case Study
Overview
Unleashed is a private dog park offering a secure space where owners can book time to walk and exercise their dogs.
The goal was to create a website that introduces the space clearly while supporting a simple booking system for visitors.
The Starting Point
The project began with no established website or visual direction.
Everything needed to be defined — from the brand identity through to how visitors would understand the service, explore the space, and book access.
My Approach
I started by developing the visual direction of the site.
Working from the client’s brief, I created a clean and modern look with plenty of open space, allowing imagery of the park to play a central role in the design.
From there, I planned the structure of the site to guide visitors through key information — introducing the space, outlining how it works, and making it easy to understand the rules and booking process.
The core focus was on creating a straightforward booking experience, allowing visitors to choose a time, enter their details, and complete payment in a simple and reliable way.
Alongside this, I set up a system where both the customer and the business owner receive confirmation emails, helping keep bookings organised and clearly communicated.
The Outcome
The result is a clean, easy-to-use website that presents the space clearly and supports a simple booking and payment process.
Visitors can understand what’s offered, choose a time, complete their booking, and receive confirmation, while the business owner is kept up to date with each new booking.
